| SUBJECT: Operation Control Panel Reinforcement Plates | |
Reinforcement Plate Part #404075 (2 each) and Screw Part #102672 (2 each) are being installed on QP25 and 9910 production machines beginning with Serial Number 70935. These parts replace the previously used operation control panel mounting screw Part #112652 (2 each).
The parts change was implemented to avoid field-reported breakage due to over-tightening of the part #112652 screws.
The new parts can be installed on all previous version machines with plastic operation control panels to avoid the breakage issue.
