T-51 ANNIVERSARY EDITION FEATURES:

• On the fly micro-vertical adjustment allows you to quickly register even the tightest hairline work while the press is running.
• On the fly micro adjustment on the plate clamp allows the plate to be twisted while the press is running (when utilizing both the head and tail clamps with metal plates).
• The micro horizontal allows adjustment of the plate cylinder on the fly.
• The extraordinary and exclusive Swing-Away gives you the freedom to swing the T-51 away in about one minute allowing you unrestricted access to the feeder for adjustment, maintenance, or changing the blanket. When in it's operating position, the T-51 takes up no more floor space than the parent press.
• The T-51 has 14 ink and moisture rollers. Designed for quality printing, the system features different diameter form rollers and oscillators to significantly control ink recovery and coverage. The acrylic oscillators are very ink receptive and will not glaze or strip thus saving you maintenance and clean up time.
• The "Aqua-Flow" segregated dampening system provides a three form roller system with two rollers carrying only ink and one carrying ink and water. This system gives you ease of running, fast start up, and versatility in inks and fountain solutions used. The infinite water control provides precise adjustment over a wide range of conditions.
• The cylinder has a very tough, hardened, anodized finish which is extremely durable. It also resists ink for those times that you are running a small camera plate. Just clean and desensitize the cylinder surface the same as you would a chrome cylinder.
• The guarding and safety features of the T-51 offer excellent operator protection and yet do not interfere with a high production environment.
