Guarantee/Warranty
Should any product not perform to our
Customer's Satisfaction, we gladly replace it or take it back within the first
30 days of purchase, with the exception of electrical and electronic
parts. Electrical and electronic parts are non-returnable and
non-refundable and are warranted only when
installed by Graphic Oriented Services, Inc. We highly recommend that you have your local factory
trained technician troubleshoot all electrical/electronic problems and then have
the technician install the parts. Special-order parts are subject to a restocking
fee.
Credit Policy
Our Credit Policy is strictly enforced.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
We accept Purchase Orders from U.S. City, State and Federal
Government Agencies only.

International Accounts
*All parts sales to international accounts (outside of the
United States) are payable in US Currency, and must be prepaid by Visa
or MasterCard. We also require that all Shipping
costs and Customs charges be billed to the customer's/recipient's FedEx account.
Shipping
All shipments have a minimum shipping charge of $8.00 per
shipment. The actual shipping costs will be charged when they exceed
$8.00. We ship daily by UPS, FedEx, Courier and Common Carrier.

Minimum Order
We do not have a minimum order requirement, however the
minimum shipping charge will apply.
